4. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and services:
Digital content and services (consults, classes): Generally non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
Physical products: If damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
Appointments: Cancellation policies for consults or classes will be clearly stated during booking. No-shows may forfeit their session.
