Wildfires are becoming the norm here on the west coast. In a time where we can feel powerless, we can find solace in herbs and ritual. In this class, we will discuss herbal protocols for before, during, and aer wildfires. We will talk about body systems that are impacted, how to care for those parts of ourselves using herbs, expand on nutritious and protective foods, and medicinal preparations. There will be handouts and recipes to take home after class.

This class is to help understand addiction, question societal conditioning + programming, and education around the war on drugs. This class can help offer avenues of empowerment around these issues. This will be a space where we can be held to explore and work to shift our perspective into a compassionate one. We will discuss herbal tools for mind, body, spirit, and boundaries.
