Compassionate Harm Reduction: Herbal Allies and Understanding for Family, Friends & Loved Ones

A class for family and friends, whose loved ones are using substances. There are a lot of different emotions that can come up when seeing your loved ones use. From anger to pain, judgment to resentment, sadness to withdrawing, we all handle it a bit differently. This class is to help understand addiction, question societal conditioning + programming, and education around the war on drugs. This class can help offer avenues of empowerment around these issues. This will be a space where we can be held to explore and work to shift our perspective into a compassionate one. We will discuss herbal tools for mind, body, spirit, and boundaries.

This class is via zoom and will be recorded - a zoom link will be sent through email
